Cholet Pays de Loire (March 28)

BENOÎT COSNEFROY : “Happy to be back racing”

“My knee no longer hurts, and I can train normally again. I did a training camp with the U23 riders and then with the professional group in Banyoles last week. Everything is going well. It felt good to rack up the kilometers in such good conditions. I watched the races on TV, especially Milan-Sanremo, which I should have raced for the first time. I have to admit that I wanted to be with my teammates then. I’m happy to be at the start of the Coupe de France. It’s a racing format that I like, but some events have been canceled so I want to make the most of the opportunities, do good work for the team and look ahead to the upcoming events. After this race, I will then continue with the Itzulia Basque Country (April 5-10).”
